Montagu Restaurant

The Montagu presents a broad range of fresh British seasonal comfort dishes prepared in its vibrant and dramatically open kitchen. Well loved dishes include Pan-Seared Celtic Scallops with Wild Mushrooms, Smoked Gressingham Duck Breast with Warm Bramley Apple and Raisin Compote and Pan-Fried John Dory with Bacon and Pommery Mustard. The restaurant enjoys stunning views over the picturesque gardens of Portman Square.

The Montagu opens at 6.30am, offering a Full English or Continental breakfast. With last orders taken at 10.45pm, the restaurant covers every meal of the day, whether it is a business lunch, pre-theatre or a more leisurely dinner - or the delightful tradition of an English Afternoon Tea.

The Montagu Afternoon Tea is served on elegant tiered stands bearing a selection of traditionally British, thinly sliced finger sandwiches and warm fruit and plain scones with strawberry jam and Cornish clotted cream. The Patissier's selection includes pretty French pastries, fruit tartlets and mini desserts. For that extra special treat, guests can also enjoy 'The Churchill' Afternoon Tea, which includes a glass of Pol Roger Champagne, Sir Winston Churchill's favourite!

Locanda Locatelli Restaurant

Locanda Locatelli is a Michelin Star family restaurant with chef Giorgio running the kitchen whilst his wife, Plaxy, oversees the front of house. Designs for the restaurant's interior, which seats ninety people, were created by David Collins.

The essence of Giorgio's cooking is to skilfully draw out the natural flavours and textures of quality fresh produce, much of which is imported directly from Italy. The menu includes such dishes as char-grilled squid with chilli and garlic, hand-made tagliatelle with kid goat ragù and fillet of wild sea bass with artichoke purée and Vernaccia wine sauce. There is a particular emphasis on fresh pasta and a variety of regional Italian breads, all of which are made daily on the premises. There are also a number of sharing dishes great for small parties and families.

The wine list, which is exclusively Italian, has been compiled by Sommelier Virgilio Gennaro and offers some exceptional examples from the Piemonte and Tuscany.

Churchill Bar

The elegant Churchill Bar boasts its own private entrance from Portman Square and provides guests with the finest selection of single malt whiskies in London. The Churchill Bar drinks' list includes eighty-six different varieties of malt whiskies, a large selection of cocktails and fine wines by the glass. A selection of quality cigars is also available. Open to 1am daily, 7 days a week and with live music between 8pm and 1am, Tuesday - Saturday.
