A glowing and growing press!

The present manifestation of the hotel and restaurant is very new but already the accolades are flooding in.

Of the restaurant, Fiona Duncan of the Telegraph wrote: "In the intimate bar and restaurant, the designers' brief was to capture the feel of an esteemed gentleman's club, combined with the comfort and professionalism of a prestigious boutique hotel...The staff are efficient, the cocktails excellent and the food very good."

The esteemed Condé Nast Traveler placed the St James's Hotel and Club on its Hot List in 2009.

In London's Metro Newspaper on 21 October 2009, Marina O'Louglin reviewed Seven Park Place; "Our food is fantastic, from first mouthful".

Dave Sexton of London's top selling newspaper, the London Evening Standard, wrote in October 2009 "Both starters were winners,....Tortellini of lobster with roasted cauliflower and truffle butter sauce was a really luscious plateful...."

Best London Restaurants, in October 2009 introduced Seven Park Place: "The latest hot fine dining restaurant to hit the capital is the superb Seven Park Place in the St. James's Hotel and Club."
