Spa and Health Club
The Landmark Spa and Health Club is a luxurious haven and escape from the fast pace of London life. An extensive collection of spa and leisure services will help you refresh body, mind and spirit. There is a small daily charge for hotel residents (except when booking a beauty therapy or massage) but the range and quality of facilities is well worth it. The Landmark lifts discreetly transport you from your guest room floor to the entrance to the Spa.
Pool, Jacuzzi and Steam Room
A tranquil contemporary 15 metre heated pool lies at the heart of the Spa in a central space that also features a Jacuzzi and Steam room to one side. At the end of the pool there is a stylish poolside relaxation area with beds to rest and contemplate the day from or leisurely read your favourite paper whilst others do the exercise! There are contemporary changing rooms with power showers, plentiful deep towels and clever, practical features like mini spin-driers for your swimming costume.
Gym
Before you reach the pool you'll pass the state-of-the-art and fully equipped gym. The gym offers a strong range of the latest cardio-vascular equipment. The Health Club is well staffed and trainers are on hand should you require help with personalised fitness assessment or training programmes.
Spa and beauty treatments
A wide variety of ESPA beauty treatments and massages are available by appointment. When booking a beauty treatment or massage, the other Spa and Health Club facilities are free of charge for hotel guests. There are four treatment rooms, a relaxation room to drift away in after your treatment and a refreshment room to revive you with complimentary soft drinks and papers.
All in all, a therapeutic and regenerative sanctuary from which you will emerge chrysalis like, feeling rejuvenated and rebalanced!
