Soho

Soho since the 19th century has been one of London’s main entertainment districts and remains today one of the most fashionable districts. The area is also famous for The Gargoyle Club, originally opened in 1925, which began hosting the Comedy store in the late 70’s bringing us the likes of Adrian Edmondson, Rik Mayall and Alexei Sayle.

With its varied shops, bars, theatres and restaurants its difficult to become bored whilst staying in Soho.

Oxford Street and Regent Street

Just a short walk from the hotel you’ll find yourself on Oxford Street or Regent Street the real powerhouse areas for the best shopping you can find in London. From Selfridges and H&M to Liberty of London, a truly British shopping expedition awaits. Head further onto Regent Street to take advantage of some more American shopping brands in Anthropologie and J Crew.

Theatreland

For more indulgence why not head to the West End and Covent Garden for a drink and a show. At only a 20 minute walk it would be rude not to.

Once you’ve had your fill of shopping for the day you can always take advantage of Iconic Club’s allocation of top tickets at all London Shows offered in conjunction with your reservation at The Courthouse Hotel.
