Silk Restaurant

The Silk Restaurant is The Courthouse Hotel’s architectural focal point and has a menu that matches its rich and colourful history. Asian fusion cuisine complements a classic courtroom décor making for a unique fine dining experience quite unlike any other venue within London.

Vaulted glass ceilings stretching high above the English oak panelling provide a wonderful source of lighting and sense of spaciousness. The historic décor includes the original judge’s bench and witness and dock stands from its history steeped in high courtroom drama. If the walls could talk they would tell long tales of celebrity trials over the course of their many years. Today of course the stories would be of long romantic evenings, good company and warm conversation.

The flavours being brought to the table are heavily influenced by the oriental and take diners through a journey of the historic “Silk Route” using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients expertly prepared by Rajesh Parmar, The Courthouses’ resident Head Chef and his talented team. Infusing dishes with magnificent tastes of India, China and Thailand for a sensational and exciting dining experience.

The Silk Restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday with dinner being served between 6pm and 11pm and it is highly recommend that you book a table.
