Deriving its name from an early spelling of Kensington, Cheneston's is the Milestone's intimate restaurant offering the finest international cuisine with an emphasis on modern British. The chef, Luke Davis, and his team balance creativity with a superb range of traditional comfort foods and an engaging willingness to cook something special just for you. The hotel, which wholly owns and manages the restaurant, will go out of its way to accommodate your tastes and preferences with minimum fuss. Black and White Conservatory Bar
The bright and airy Conservatory combines a sense of the al fresco with a touch of Hollywood with Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe adorning the walls. Stables Bar
Stables, so called because of its original guise as a carriage house, is a convivial bar with leather button-back sofas, a mahogany bar and an ambience more indicative of an intimate but contemporary London club.
Here Daniel, Stable's bartender, demonstrates his expertise in mixing martinis and purveying everyone's favourite tipple from the wide choice of wines and spirits.
