Seven Park Place Restaurant

In St James's modern French restaurant, Seven Park Place, superb lighting shows off silk and cashmere wall coverings, black lacquer tables and black and cream velvet slipper chairs.

The arrival of Executive Chef William Drabble at the St. James's has added an extra dimension to guests' dining experience. In Seven Park Place, William offers a selection of dishes newly designed for the St. James's, which clearly illustrate the skill and creativity that won him a coveted Michelin star in his previous restaurant.

The restaurant's modern French-style dishes are made up of primarily British ingredients. The Executive Chef and his staff are passionate about using only finest seasonal ingredients from specialist suppliers.

The St James's also offers a fine traditional Afternoon Tea – allowing guests the opportunity to enjoy one of England's oldest traditions in London's newest 5* hotel.

Williams Bar and Bistro

With the walls lined with modern Expressionist art, the St James's hotel bar is a stylish and discreet venue where resident guests and London's smart set mingle and soak up the atmosphere and perhaps a little champagne. By way of contrast, the club area is a traditionally wood-panelled space, ideal for thumbing through the papers, unwinding after a hard day's shopping in Mayfair or simply supping a warming nightcap.

William's Bar and Bistro meets all these needs completely with an unhurried, sophisticated atmosphere and comfortable deep seats. The Bar has the added advantage of a bistro menu of classic dishes, perfect for light lunches, pre and post theatre or supper, created by the hotel's Executive Chef, William Drabble.
